Paul’s Motors Škoda Showroom – Guernsey

We were appointed as consulting civil and structural engineers for the redevelopment of Paul’s Motors Škoda Showroom in St. Peter Port. The scheme included a large open plan car show room, office and sales space and vehicle preparation bay. The steel frame superstructure was founded on a network of reinforced concrete ground beams that are supported on over 50 driven steel piles.
