The development involved the construction of a new two-storey clubhouse for the Jersey Hockey Association, while retaining the existing concrete seating stands.
T&G designed the building as a steel frame with a large cantilever canopy, extending over the existing concrete stand, with rendered blockwork at ground floor and insulated metal cladding at first floor and roof.
