Les Vagues Bleu is part of the new generation prefabricated, passive houses. T&G provided the design and detailing of the concrete frame supporting the prefabricated house, which is set back into the côtil (hillside).
In order to create external level terrace areas, we designed retaining structures, as well as the swimming pool structure adjacent to the main road.
