This project involved the complete refurbishment of the former St. Martin’s Primary School to create a multi-purpose community facility comprising a supermarket, veterinary surgery, community health hub and retail provision.
This refurbishment involved many internal structural alterations, strengthening of existing structures, new roods, a new drainage scheme and main road improvement works, including two new pedestrian crossings. The utilisation of an innovative funding solution meant the project was delivered at no cost to the St. Martin’s parishioners.
