The St Geniez project involved the creation of six units of local market accommodation on the outskirts of St. Peter Port.
The main challenge with this project was the creation of retaining walls around the site, formed using a bored pile system. This enabled a basement floor level to be created without the need for tanking. Internally, the structure comprised of steel composite floors and steel frames. A permeable paving system was designed for the parking area to a new soakaway.
