West Grove is a four-storey apartment building, providing two stunning penthouses on the top floor.
With the ground floor partially sunk on this sloping site, the structure itself incorporates reinforced concrete retaining features, to the sides and rear of the building. The remaining structure is a hybrid of traditional blockwork supporting metal deck slabs and reinforced concrete frames supporting the balconies to the front elevation. We also provided the design for the landscaping retaining walls around the site.
