T & G Structural Engineers provided the temporary works design for Le Masurier’s Les Sablons project, including retaining the listed façades along Broad Street. This involved careful consideration to the sequencing of works, working closely with the demolition contractor, DB Cummins, to co-ordinate the demolition of the existing structure behind with the installation of the new temporary support frames. These temporary works ensure that the listed facades can be retained and incorporated into the exciting proposed new development.
